Your Strength Coach - Eli Snider

  • Plan -  Utilizing functional movements to make you stronger and more explosive in your respective sport

  • How - Using a variety of movements that all you to move more weight with greater force that is safer for your body

  • Why - To be the best at your sport, you must maximize all your resources.  Without a strong an explosive base, you are living by your floor and limiting your ceiling.  

  • Process - Utilizing periodization in order for your body to be in its prime when it matters.

  • Methodology - We are building power, explosion, and speed for our clients on top of building overall strength.  We will sprint, jump, lift.  Beginning with explosive movements tapering into functional style lifting.

How to become a Power+ Member

1. Create online profile 

Log on to www.CsideSports.com and select the blue schedule button.  Choose +Create Account

2. Log in

You will not only use this log in to purchase the membership, but also book all your training sessions online!

3. Buy and Book

Choose the 3 lines menu and select $Buy - Memberships.  Choose Power+ and complete the transaction.  Text Eli at 412-889-4196 after purchase and he will add your training package so you can begin booking online!  (If you are an existing C-Side member, you will have to notify us you want Power+ and we will manually add it.)
